Besides having a great selection at competitive prices they are some of the nicest people I have done business with. Especially Tovia. A year after my purchase I had an accident and scratched my new Submariner pretty bad, I thought I was looking a very pricey repair. Tovia was able to have it polished up to make it look good as new and he did it at no charge. He even handled the over night shipping both ways. I was amazed by the level of service I received from them, they went above and beyond. I will be a loyal customer for life.
Great watch but sadly the goods are not as advertised. The description says “papers” which collectors would expect to be the Rolex warranty papers but its just a piece of paper printed out by the vendor. I’ve been in contact with the seller multiple times about this but it just became a bit of the runaround. While the watch is great, this is not fully what I was expecting to pay considering the premium we pay these vendors on top of the MSRP for a Rolex is done with the expectation that the original Rolex box AND Rolex papers will come with it.
